Аммоний сернокислый (аммоний сульфат) — кристаллы ромбической системы, пл. 1,769 г/см3. Реактив хорошо растворим в воде (43,0% при 20 °С), нерастворим в этиловом спирте. При 355 °С разлагается на аммиак и кислую соль.

1 Область применения

Настоящий стандарт устанавливает методы испытаний на стойкость к межкристаллитной коррозии (далее — МКК) металла из коррозионностойких сталей и сплавов, в том числе двойных -слоистые, аустенитные, ферритные, аустенитно-ферритные, аустенитно-мартенситные марки по ГОСТ 5632, а также их сварные соединения и металл шва.

МКК обусловлен совмещением границ зерен при потере хрома за счет богатых хромом зернограничных фаз: карбидов хрома, -фазы, интерметаллических включений в сталях или сплавах, стареющих при 500°С — 1000°С.

В зависимости от химического состава стали и сплава и их назначения выбирают один из следующих методов испытаний на стойкость металла к межкристаллитной коррозии: АМУ, АМУФ, ВК, РК, Б, Б.

Выбор метода испытаний определяется химическим составом металла и инструкциями в соответствующем стандарте выпускаемого оборудования.

Рекомендуются методы испытаний на стойкость к межкристаллитной коррозии В и С, как определено в Приложениях А и В.

Применение методов, предусмотренных приложениями D и E, допускается дополнительно к основным методам испытаний на стойкость к межкристаллитной коррозии настоящего стандарта.

Все вышеперечисленные методы не могут быть использованы для определения коррозионной стойкости сталей и сплавов при других видах коррозии (сплошная, питтинговая, коррозионное растрескивание под напряжением и др.).

Обозначение методов АМУ, АМУФ, ВУ, контроля, Б, С буквы обозначают:

А, Б, В, Д — буквенное наименование методов;

М — в присутствии исследуемого раствора металлической меди;

F — в присутствии испытуемого раствора фторид-иона;

У — ускоренное тестирование.

3 Подготовка образцов

3.1 Вырезка заготовок для образцов

Заготовки для образцов вырезают:

— толщиной листа не более 10 мм и проволочного пояса — из любых положений в продольном направлении;

— листы толщиной более 10 мм — из поверхностных слоев в продольном направлении.Допускаются испытания методами АМУ, АМУФ, ВУ и разреза на заготовку на поперечном сечении металла;

— сортовых: круглых, квадратных, шестигранных, плоских, конструктивных форм — из осевой зоны в продольном направлении, из других видов плоских — из любого места;

— из трубной заготовки — осевых зон в продольном или поперечном направлении;

— Труба — из любой точки;

— из поковок — корпус перекрытия или поковок;

— из отливок — отливка корпуса, приливов или отдельно отлитых образцов;

— металла шва — из поверхностных слоев;

— металла шва — осевая зона продольного или поперечного направления.

Допускается отбор заготовок для проведения промежуточных образцов передельных заготовок при условии последующей аустенизации и провоцирующего нагрева или аустенизации без провоцирующего нагрева изготовленных из нее образцов.

Размеры заготовок для образцов должны быть достаточными для изготовления необходимого количества образцов.

3.2 Подготовка образцов заготовок

Образцы готовили следующих видов:

— Из листового, полосового, пруткового и фасонного проката, заготовки, поковки, отливки, наплавленный металл, наплавленный металл — плоский (таблица 1).

Допускается изготовление цилиндрических образцов из проволоки диаметром цилиндрических заготовок до 10 мм, а методом контроля — всех видов металлопродукции;
